Synthesia, the world's leading AI video platform used by over 90% of the Fortune 100, is hiring a Growth Product Manager to embed growth thinking into core product bets from day one. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on owning the complete growth surface—acquisition, activation, adoption, and retention—for a major product area.
You will partner closely with core product PMs and engineers to design growth into the product itself, creating discovery-led acquisition loops and frictionless user experiences. The role requires rallying teams around specific, measurable outcomes and working across engineering, marketing, and GTM to embed funnel and journey thinking into the company's product development process.
You are AI-native, having actively driven AI into how products or teams work (not just worked at an AI company). You're scrappy and thrive in ambiguity, comfortable taking things 0→1 in fast-moving, frequently-disrupted environments. You build credibility quickly across functions, win trust from engineers and PMs, and can influence alignment around new ways of working. You're technically fluent enough to partner credibly with engineering teams, understand trade-offs, and keep pace with the rapidly evolving AI stack.
The ideal candidate has PM experience with growth exposure, demonstrable success driving AI-native products or ways of working, strong communication skills, and the personality to influence across functions. You're outcome-driven, anchoring decisions on the right metrics and moving them.
Synthesia was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in London with offices across Europe and the US. The company recently closed a Series E funding round raising $200 million at a $4 billion valuation, with total funding exceeding $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, and GV.
The role offers hybrid flexibility from London or Munich offices, or remote from anywhere in Europe. Benefits include competitive salary and equity, 25 days annual leave plus local holidays, regular team offsites, work-from-home budget, 60 days annual work-from-anywhere policy, enhanced parental leave (16 weeks maternity at full pay, 5 weeks paternity at full pay), and UK-specific benefits including private healthcare via AXA and 5% pension match.
