- Improve vendor experience: streamline onboarding, work submission, quality feedback understanding, and offering management
- Enhance research team workflows: help them discover, assess, and access environments and training data that meet their needs
- Partner with engineering, research, GTM, and operations to translate complex requirements and manual processes into reliable platform workflows
- Define and track marketplace health metrics, product adoption, and user experience; use qualitative and quantitative signals to inform prioritization
You'll work closely with a 25-person team that includes 4 International Olympiad medalists, serial AI startup founders, and researchers with publications at top venues like ICLR and NeurIPS.
The company is scaling profitably with strong demand and has 8 figures in funding. Offices are in San Francisco and Singapore, with flexibility for remote candidates who can maintain 70-80% time zone overlap with either location. Full-time role with visa sponsorship available.

- Experience owning a live software product from discovery through launch and iteration
- Strong product judgment and ability to simplify technically complex workflows for users
- Direct user research experience: identifying problems behind requests and translating insights into clear priorities
- Ability to balance user needs, business impact, and engineering constraints in decision-making
- Comfort using both qualitative feedback and quantitative signals to assess product changes
- Clear written communication and ability to align engineers and cross-functional partners around decisions in ambiguous environments
STRONG-TO-HAVE EXPERIENCE:
- Marketplace products or two-sided platform experience
- Familiarity with AI training data, evaluations, and RL environments
