Hightouch is an Agentic Marketing Platform built on a Composable CDP, enabling marketing teams to build and ship end-to-end campaigns powered by AI. The company is a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader trusted by enterprises like Domino's, Spotify, and Ramp.
You will own the Real-Time product suite within Customer Data Infrastructure, a technically demanding area that powers real-time personalization for some of the world's largest brands. The suite comprises three core components: Events (event collection pipeline, SDKs, and tooling for live data ingestion at scale), Real-Time Evaluation (sub-second computation of user traits and audience membership, merging event streams with historical warehouse data), and Personalization API (low-latency APIs serving unified customer data to live experiences in milliseconds).
Key responsibilities include driving roadmap and execution across the Real-Time suite, building product specs and shipping features, partnering closely with engineering on architecture and scaling decisions, representing the suite to enterprise customers, owning competitive research and customer evidence, and shaping strategy and positioning for real-time capabilities across Hightouch.
You'll join a world-class Product team known for inventing Reverse ETL and pioneering Composable architecture. The team operates as true owners, each PM independently driving their product area to deliver direct business impact. This is an early but maturing product area where the best use cases are still being invented.
Required qualifications: technical depth in systems design, architecture, and scaling tradeoffs (with shipped product experience in data platforms, events, distributed systems, identity, or cross-product platforms); customer obsession with ability to separate real needs from asks; outcome-driven mindset; clear written and verbal communication; and demonstrated ability to ramp quickly on new concepts and domains.
