You will own the product strategy for internal platforms that power FYUL's global manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment operations. This is a senior product role where software, physical operations, and hardware converge. You will not run production yourself, but rather build the systems that thousands of operators, technicians, inventory specialists, and managers use daily across facilities worldwide.
Your core responsibility is connecting merchant and end-customer needs with internal operations—solving problems for the people you serve by improving and automating behind-the-scenes processes. You will shape how the company uses data and hardware (scanners, printers, IoT equipment) to improve speed, quality, and cost. You'll own complex domains, drive strategy and roadmaps across one or more teams, and set a high bar for product execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and own product vision, strategy, and outcome-based roadmaps for your domain, balancing short and long-term goals
- Lead discovery using data, user research, and on-site observation to decide what to build and what not to build
- Turn validated problems into clear PRDs with phased scope, success metrics, and acceptance criteria
- Set KPIs upfront, measure results post-launch, and decide whether to scale, iterate, or stop
- Own the business case for your work, including build and run costs, linking every initiative to commercial impact
- Work closely with engineering leadership on technical tradeoffs (architecture, scalability, tech debt)
- Make tradeoffs between customer, business, and technical needs explicit; align stakeholders through influence
- Use modern tools including AI-assisted prototypes and user flows to get feedback faster
- Raise the product bar by coaching other PMs and sharing learnings
FYUL, formed in 2024 through the merger of Printful, Printify, and Snow Commerce, powers on-demand commerce at global scale. The company serves solo creators through entertainment giants, providing tech, talent, and infrastructure for merch and product fulfillment.
Requirements:
- Experience building internal platforms (ERP, OMS, WMS, or similar) in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments
- Experience with hardware-integrated solutions such as scanners, printers, IoT, or automation equipment
- Strong understanding of how software interacts with physical processes (production lines, goods movement, inventory flows, equipment maintenance)
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar operational efficiency methods
- Ability to think about UX beyond the screen, considering the full physical user journey in high-pressure environments like production facilities and warehouses
- Willingness to get close to the work by shadowing operators and validating solutions directly in production
- Comfort working where success depends on both system design and real-world adoption
- Willingness and ability to travel to production facilities across Europe, the United States, and Mexico
