Higgsfield AI is a rapidly scaling generative AI platform enabling creators to produce video, images, and interactive content using 200+ frontier models. The company achieved $1B annualized cash revenue in September 2026 and recently closed a $500M Series funding round at a $5B valuation. The organization is lean relative to its revenue, with fast decision-making and rapid shipping cycles. You will join the Product Growth team as a Product Manager owning the Lifecycle vertical, responsible for end-to-end conversion, retention, and engagement. This role treats growth as an engineering problem, requiring you to move from cohort analysis to shipped product within a single week. You will own multiple critical areas: - Conversion and activation: design onboarding flows, paywalls, aha-moment experiences, and time-to-first-value optimization - Engagement systems: build in-product communication mechanisms (tasks, streaks, rewards, notifications) that create sustainable habits - Churn management: own voluntary churn (cancellation flows, save offers, plan right-sizing) and involuntary churn (dunning, payment recovery, grace periods) - Winback systems: architect and orchestrate offers, timing, and channels for cancelled and dormant user cohorts - Revenue expansion: drive upsells, plan upgrades, and credit top-ups from engaged cohorts - Data-driven insights: conduct behavioral segmentation and cohort analysis to inform product decisions across the team - Collaboration: work closely with analysts to set analytical priorities and translate data into actionable product decisions - Business acumen: understand unit economics and forecast how changes impact the business holistically The Product Growth team ships 80+ releases monthly and measures success in revenue impact, not process metrics. This is a hands-on role with direct visibility into business results within weeks. Small mistakes carry significant financial consequences, requiring disciplined measurement and honest attribution. The role is fully on-site in Almaty, with five-day-per-week office presence. The company provides relocation support, equipment, meals, and transportation benefits. REQUIREMENTS: - Proven personal contribution to scaling a business; ability to articulate the specific curve bent and mechanism used - Track record owning conversion, retention, engagement, or monetization metrics, ideally in subscription businesses - Strong data skills: cohort analysis, retention curves, segmentation; ability to write queries and collaborate effectively with analysts - Hands-on experience with unit economics and business strategy; end-to-end ownership from hypothesis to business impact forecasting - Measurement discipline: frequent experimentation, honest attribution, and guard metrics - Fast thinking and ability to reach concrete answers quickly in new contexts - Technical background not required PREFERRED: - Founding or entrepreneurial experience (valued even with <2–3 years PM experience) - Zero-to-one product launch and growth experience - Track record of 4x+ year-over-year growth driven by your decisions - Background in consumer AI, subscriptions, gaming, or credits-based economies - Experience with payments, payment recovery tooling, or CRM/lifecycle platforms
