Salary: USD 196,000 - 255,000 / annual

Chime is seeking a Product Manager to lead its Lending product, one of the company's fastest-growing and highest-NPS offerings. You will own the product end-to-end—from strategy and roadmap definition through execution—with responsibility for expanding the lending business, unlocking new member value, and shaping the future of responsible lending at Chime. In this role, you will: - Own the complete Lending product strategy and roadmap, balancing member impact, business growth, and platform investments - Lead expansion into new use cases and member experiences for a profitable, high-growth business - Drive product decisions across the full lifecycle, partnering with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Finance - Make high-conviction prioritization decisions and align cross-functional teams around a clear vision and measurable outcomes - Use customer insights, experimentation, and data to continuously improve the member experience while growing the business - Serve as the product leader for the team, creating clarity, setting direction, and ensuring exceptional execution from strategy through launch You bring significant experience leading consumer product strategy and execution for high-impact digital products from concept through scale. You have a proven track record of owning complex product areas with measurable business outcomes, ideally including growth, monetization, or financial products. Experience building or managing lending, credit, or other consumer financial products is strongly preferred. You excel in highly cross-functional environments, combining strong product intuition with data-driven decision-making. You communicate exceptionally well and can influence across functions and executive audiences.
