As Product Manager of the Investments domain, you will own the complete roadmap for investment products including ETFs, stocks, ready-made funds, money market funds, and pension funds. Your responsibilities include:
- Roadmap ownership: Drive the full product lifecycle from opportunity sizing through launch, grounded in data and user research
- Regulatory navigation: Balance user simplicity with the regulatory and product complexity inherent in investment products
- Compliance collaboration: Partner closely with compliance and legal teams given the regulated nature of the domain
- User research: Conduct interviews, usability tests, and analyze support tickets to inform product decisions
- Execution and iteration: Write detailed specs, work day-to-day with design and engineering to ship features, and iterate based on metrics
- KPI ownership: Track and report on activation, adoption, AUM, and volumes without spin
You will work in a fast-moving environment where ownership of outcomes matters more than task completion, and where staying close to user needs is non-negotiable.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 4+ years of Product Manager experience
- Proven track record in the investment space with genuine passion for finance
- Exposure to regulated products (investing, lending, insurance) or complex domains preferred
- Data-driven mindset: build hypotheses, validate them, rely on analytics
- User-centric focus: prioritize direct user feedback and research over assumptions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with designers and engineers
