As part of the dwpbank Group, lemon.markets combines established financial expertise with modern technology and speed. In this Product Manager role focused on Investing, you will own the roadmap for partner-critical capabilities including trading mechanics, tax handling, corporate actions, and joint investing features developed with dwpbank. You'll drive complex, multi-stakeholder commitments end-to-end, working across lemon.markets teams, major European financial institutions, and dwpbank counterparts. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the roadmap from problem framing through launch, adoption, and iteration - Embedding within cross-functional crews (operations, engineering, solutions, risk, finance, compliance) - Prioritizing commitments using quantitative and qualitative evidence, communicating trade-offs internally and externally - Ensuring partner-specific integrations have longevity within the platform - Engaging directly with enterprise partners to scope requirements, negotiate delivery, and prioritize - Collaborating with dwpbank on joint product opportunities across organizational boundaries - Proposing forward-looking solutions rather than one-off fixes - Tracking market and regulatory developments and sharing insights with the team You'll work in a hybrid model based in Germany with flexibility to work from anywhere within the country. The role requires 4+ days per month on-site in Berlin for team collaboration. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 2-3 years of product management experience, independently shipping highly complex products - Comfort with ambiguity; ability to define problem spaces, structure them, and move forward independently - Data-driven decision making with willingness to iterate based on evidence - Strong written communication skills (documentation, decisions, specs, partner communications) - Proficiency with AI tools in day-to-day work - Professional fluency in English and German - Plus: Experience in regulated fintech/brokerage or B2B environments
