Salary: CAD 130,000 - 145,000 / annual
Lightspeed is seeking a Product Manager III to own the seller experience strategy for NuORDER by Lightspeed, a B2B wholesale marketplace platform. You will drive the overarching product strategy for the supply-side (brands and sellers) on the NuORDER platform, partnering with diverse global brands ranging from emerging labels to enterprise powerhouses.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the B2B selling strategy and building a compelling value proposition that addresses core seller needs
- Building a world-class selling experience by understanding partner needs and crafting best-in-class wholesale experiences
- Managing the end-to-end selling journey, from item purchase through payment
- Driving critical transactional capabilities including Brand Profiles, Buyer Management, Insights, Checkout, Invoicing, B2B payments, and order tracking
- Executing with impact by working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to translate strategy into roadmaps and PRDs
You will bring:
- Minimum 5 years of proven product management experience with exceptional mastery of PM craft
- A "PM as CEO" mindset with strong focus on commercial impact and measurable revenue outcomes
- Strategic and innovative thinking; ability to solve problems and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with strong storytelling ability
- Deep grounding in metrics and user-centricity to drive data-informed decisions
- Solid understanding of UX principles and hands-on knowledge of A/B testing methodologies
- Proven experience in Big Tech environments with track record of building and scaling complex products from zero to one
