Salary: USD 180,370 - 212,200 / annual
Coinbase is seeking a Product Manager II to own the trading experience for Advanced Trading, the platform serving the company's most active users. You will drive the end-to-end trading UX across web and mobile platforms within the Consumer & Business group, partnering with engineering and design to ship improvements that elevate Coinbase's trading platform.
In this role, you will own trading UX end-to-end across web and mobile platforms, independent of any single product or instrument, from problem definition through launch and post-launch iteration. You'll identify high-impact opportunities in trading flows by leveraging your own trading fluency rather than requiring coaching on fundamentals. You will define and execute a roadmap of trading platform improvements, scoping work with engineering, design, and data teams to ship against clear milestones. You'll run experiments and define metrics to evaluate trading flow performance, using data to continuously optimize product decisions. Finally, you will align stakeholders across the trading organization on a shared product vision and steer execution against it.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of product management experience, including shipping consumer-facing products at scale
- Demonstrated trading or trading-product fluency (brokerage, market-making, institutional trading, or derivatives) sufficient to independently assess trading flow design and platform nuance without onboarding ramp on trading fundamentals
- Track record of partnering cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data teams to ship complex, high-visibility features from concept through post-launch iteration
- Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission, with familiarity with onchain activity such as wallets, ENS, or dApps preferred
- Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
