As a Product Manager II (PM2) on the Ads team, you will independently own a product area or platform charter end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap through execution and business impact. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant autonomy to drive initiatives across customer experience, platform scalability, automation, growth, and monetization. Key responsibilities include: • Build deep customer empathy by regularly engaging with customers, internal stakeholders, and ecosystem partners to understand pain points, workflows, and unmet needs through qualitative and quantitative research. • Drive product strategy by defining long-term vision and quarterly roadmaps aligned with business goals, customer outcomes, and platform scalability. • Build scalable products in collaboration with engineering, design, analytics, and operations teams to deliver reliable, high-impact solutions. • Lead product execution by writing detailed specifications, prioritizing effectively, managing tradeoffs, and ensuring timely delivery across releases. • Own metrics and outcomes by defining success metrics, monitoring business impact, and iterating based on data and customer feedback. • Think beyond features to solve for systems, operational leverage, and long-term platform evolution. You will operate with autonomy and ownership, working in a culture that values transparency, learning, and challenging the status quo.
