Meesho is a high-growth e-commerce platform serving Tier 2/3/4 towns across India, with nearly 7% of Indian households shopping on the platform. The Product Management team is central to the company's rocketship growth, driven by deep understanding of customer behavior and a user-first mindset.
As a Product Manager I, you will own high-impact problems in a fast-paced startup environment with significant autonomy. This is a cross-functional leadership role where you'll collaborate closely with software engineering, UX design, category management, marketing, operations, and finance teams to bring new products to life.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting analysis, customer interviews, user research, and competition analysis using qualitative and quantitative techniques to inform product decisions
- Identifying and prioritizing problems using structured approaches, breaking them into manageable chunks and determining urgency
- Facilitating solution discovery by leveraging creativity across design, engineering, and business teams; experimenting with multiple ideas through MVPs and prototypes
- Defining detailed product requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, including user acceptance testing and dogfooding
- Creating go-to-market plans with business and marketing stakeholders to maximize product adoption and success
- Defining and continuously tracking product metrics for your area, identifying usage patterns, and developing action plans to improve performance
- Building a product roadmap with at least a 3-month forward-looking view of key customer and business problems

Requirements:
- 3+ years of overall experience with at least 1+ year in product management at a tech-led company (consumer internet preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills grounded in first-principles thinking
- Good understanding of technology and comfort with product management processes including A/B experimentation, writing PRDs, managing product backlogs, and creating roadmaps
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to drive cross-functional product development
