Yonder is a financial membership platform combining credit and debit with rewards designed for modern life. The company describes itself as "Time Out, Amex and Monzo had a baby" and has built a 4.6 TrustPilot rating with a debit card, free membership tier, hundreds of independent partners, and a new flight rewards product.
You will join as a Product Manager in one of two specializations:
**Growth Track:** Own the conversion funnel from first visit to yonder.com through app sign-up, identity checks, credit decision, plan selection, card activation, and first purchase. You'll also own the loops that drive member referrals. Marketing owns the channels (paid, brand, organic, partnerships); you own what happens after the click. You'll share the homepage and landing pages with the marketing team as a single conversion surface. Key metrics: visitor-to-approved-member conversion, time from first visit to first transaction, and share of new members active in their first 30 days. This role suits you if you enjoy funnels, conversion optimization, experimentation, and want both website and app in one job.
**Rewards Track:** Own the rewards side of the membership: rewards UX, the member feed, personalization logic, partner credits and offers, and underlying economics. Rewards is a two-sided marketplace where members stay for breadth and depth of redemption options, and partners come for transacting members. Partnerships team owns deal sourcing; you own the product. Key metrics: share of member spend at partners, monthly active reward users, and cost per redemption. This role suits you if you enjoy supply-and-demand problems, commercial trade-offs, and building for both sides of a marketplace.
Both roles report to Karam, VP Product, and work alongside design, engineering, other PMs, marketers, and partnership managers. You'll set targets monthly and own the results. This is a product manager role for someone with a few years of product experience seeking a larger surface area than previous roles.
You'll be expected to: ship consumer-facing products and understand their impact on metrics; talk to members monthly (those who dropped out, were declined, or joined); run experiments as habit with hypothesis, metric, threshold, and analysis; build tests yourself using Webflow, Figma, and Claude Code; communicate blockers early; collaborate across seams (Growth with Marketing, Rewards with Partnerships); and work within regulatory guardrails of a licensed lender, treating compliance, credit risk, and identity checks as design constraints, not blockers.
The company is office-first, remote-friendly, based in London Shoreditch. You're expected in the office at least 3 days per week, with everyone present on Mondays. The interview process includes a hiring manager call, experience deep-dive, problem-solving pairing session, values interview, reference checks, and offer stage.
**Requirements:**
- Shipped something consumer-facing and can walk through what you changed and what happened to the numbers
- Talk to members/users monthly: those who churned, were declined, or joined
- Run experiments as habit: hypothesis, metric, threshold, read result, kill or scale
- Run your own analysis without waiting for an analyst; think in funnels, cohorts, segments
- Build tests yourself; comfortable with Webflow, Figma, Claude Code to prototype and instrument
- Say when you're stuck early and out loud
- Work well cross-functionally at seams (Growth: with Marketing; Rewards: with Partnerships)
- Work within regulatory constraints of a licensed lender
**Bonus experience:**
- Fintech or regulated products background
- Early-stage or fast-growing teams, or founding experience
- For Growth: launched or localized product in new market, built identity checks, currency, payment methods, language, local partner systems
- For Rewards: marketplace, loyalty program, or supply-and-demand network experience
