Jerry.ai is a fintech platform transforming how people manage their most important assets—cars and homes. Starting with car insurance in 2019, the company has grown to 5M+ customers, raised $240M+, and achieved profitability in early 2024. The platform now spans insurance, driving insights, diagnostics, and a repair marketplace, with 60% of policies sold automatically and 90% of customer inquiries resolved via AI. The Growth team owns the entire customer sign-up and purchase funnel for the car insurance marketplace and drives how millions discover and become Jerry customers. As a Product Manager on this team, you'll report directly to the VP of Growth with visibility to the C-suite and work alongside two other PMs on a high-impact, fast-moving team. In your first phase, you'll develop a deep understanding of funnel performance through structured product walkthroughs, user journey mapping, and friction point identification. You'll synthesize user feedback from reviews, support tickets, and research into actionable insights, and drive bug triage with engineering to ensure quality issues are prioritized. As you build context, you'll lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives—starting with well-scoped launches like landing pages and compliance features, then expanding scope. You'll contribute to A/B testing and experiment design, partner with Design and Engineering to ship experiences balancing speed, clarity, and trust, and translate ambiguous customer problems into clear hypotheses and requirements. The role demands structured problem-solving, diligence, curiosity about customer psychology, and strong cross-functional communication. You'll work in a fast-shipping culture running weekly sprints, where products launch in 1–2 months rather than 6–12. A key constraint: you must maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination—this is non-negotiable. You'll bring 2+ years in management consulting, product management, or product/business operations; strong analytical skills to pull and interpret data independently; a track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact; and excellent written and verbal communication.
