Flatpay, a financial services company with 2,500+ employees across seven markets, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join the Financial Services team in Copenhagen. You will lead the development and continuous improvement of Flatpay's customer-facing banking product and mobile app, which serves small and medium-sized businesses in their day-to-day financial management. In this role, you will translate customer feedback, product data, business priorities, and regulatory requirements into clear product improvements and strategic direction. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, operations, commercial teams, and external partners throughout the full product lifecycle—from discovery and definition through delivery, launch, and iteration. You will own product planning and prioritization, track performance metrics and customer behavior to identify opportunities, and coordinate across functions including legal and operations to balance competing needs. You'll also travel occasionally across Flatpay's markets to collaborate with local teams and stakeholders, and contribute to a supportive product environment with room for initiative and growth. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role - Demonstrated product management experience launching, improving, and scaling customer-facing apps - Strong technical fluency and ability to work effectively with engineers on APIs, data flows, integrations, and technical trade-offs related to app development - Previous product experience from a banking environment - Strong collaboration skills and experience working with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders - Ability to balance customer needs with technical, operational, commercial, and regulatory considerations - Structured and analytical approach, with confidence using product data and customer insight to guide decisions - Practical experience applying AI tools to product discovery, analysis, or delivery (advantageous) - Willingness and ability to travel occasionally across Flatpay's markets - Professional-level English proficiency
