Unframe is an AI-first startup helping enterprises deploy LLM-powered applications at scale. Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $100M in Series B funding, the company works with Fortune 500 customers globally, combining product-company speed with consultancy flexibility.
In this role, you sit on the front line engaging directly with enterprise clients. You lead discovery sessions to uncover core business challenges, design tailored AI solutions built on Unframe's platform, and own delivery end-to-end. You serve as the strategic and technical bridge from initial conversation through final deployment.
This is a true builder role. You write precise specifications and prompt architectures that bring solutions to life, making critical design decisions that determine whether enterprise AI deployments succeed.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise discovery: Conduct sessions directly with clients to map workflows, uncover business challenges, and distinguish surface-level requests from fundamental operational needs.
- Design & spec AI solutions: Translate customer problems into structured solution plans on Unframe's platform. Write detailed specs, define prompt and context structures, and own complete solution design.
- Drive end-to-end delivery: Collaborate with engineers and AI specialists to deliver solutions on target. Prioritize requirements and manage tradeoffs across speed, stability, and scope.
- Represent the user & platform: Act as the voice of enterprise operators and domain experts while collaborating with the Platform team to identify reusable product patterns.
- Manage client relationships: Roughly 30-40% of the role involves active client management, ensuring senior stakeholders remain aligned through delivery, progress reviews, and post-deployment rollouts. You typically manage several engagements simultaneously with short planning horizons and evolving requirements.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles, with proven track record working alongside engineering teams on complex, fast-paced technical products.
- Bilingual fluency in English and French (fluent French to connect with users and stakeholders in France; fluent English for daily collaboration across international teams).
- Proven experience personally leading consultative conversations with enterprise buyers and operators—owning the conversation to surface unstated needs and translate them into clear solution scope.
- Ability to manage senior client relationships through complex delivery; keeping stakeholders aligned, navigating competing priorities, and being the primary point of contact when requirements shift or timelines compress.
- Ability to start from a raw business problem without existing features for reference, defining exactly how an AI solution should function and writing precise specs for build teams.
- Experience shipping AI-powered features under tight timelines, managing evolving requirements, and documenting strategic tradeoffs.
- Direct exposure to building with LLMs—writing prompt structures, defining context and output constraints, working with agentic systems, or managing model uncertainty in a shipped product or working prototype. Concrete work product carries more weight than certification.
- Builder orientation: driven by creating customer-facing solutions rather than simply managing traditional roadmaps or processing requests.
- Strong written communication, systems thinking, high attention to detail, and ability to navigate multi-faceted projects.
