Delinea is a cloud-native identity security platform that uses AI-powered intelligence to govern human and machine identities across modern enterprises. The company secures identities across cloud and traditional infrastructure, data, SaaS applications, and AI systems. You will join the product team as a Product Manager focused on Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM), a core pillar of Delinea's identity security platform. In this role, you will own a defined area of the EPM roadmap, translating product strategy into well-scoped requirements and working closely with engineering to deliver customer-centric features that advance the company's leadership in Privileged Access Management (PAM). Key responsibilities include: - Contributing to product vision and strategy for EPM solutions, owning the roadmap for an assigned product area - Maintaining a prioritized backlog, writing clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria - Partnering day-to-day with agile development teams to deliver iterative, measurable value - Building market and user understanding through customer conversations, competitive analysis, and feedback from Sales and Support - Partnering with Engineering, QA, and Support throughout the release cycle to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery - Supporting go-to-market execution with Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, release notes, and launch content - Providing internal technical teams with documentation, demos, and training for product launches - Tracking adoption and usage metrics to recommend improvements and inform prioritization You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Marketing, UX, and Technical Writing as part of a globally distributed team. The role requires deep understanding of enterprise security, endpoint technologies, and cloud platforms. Required qualifications: 3+ years of product management experience in Agile/Scrum environments with ownership of features or product areas from definition through release; 2+ years in software, SaaS, or cloud security with exposure to endpoint security, privilege management, or endpoint agent technologies; working knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), endpoint operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and enterprise IT environments (Active Directory, Entra ID, endpoint management tooling); ability to translate technical capability into clear user experiences and customer value; strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort presenting to cross-functional teams and enterprise customers.
