Resonate is a leading provider of AI-powered consumer data, intelligence, and technology for marketers. This role owns a set of Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) products end-to-end—from vision and roadmap through pricing, packaging, and market reach.
You will own the complete product lifecycle for data enrichment and delivery solutions that help enterprise brands understand consumer motivations and behaviors. Your responsibilities include: setting vision and roadmap for assigned DaaS products within the broader suite; translating vision into business cases, success metrics, and user stories; managing backlog and sprint ceremonies with engineering teams; collaborating with data science and engineering to apply AI/ML capabilities; owning pricing and packaging decisions in partnership with commercial teams; ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and data licensing constraints; bringing products to market with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success; and establishing tracking and reporting to measure launch performance.
You'll work across multiple delivery channels including file transfer, MarTech integrations, cloud data warehouse sharing, clean rooms, real-time APIs, data marketplaces, and self-service trials. The role requires balancing technical depth with commercial acumen—holding sprint refinement sessions in the morning and pricing conversations in the afternoon.
Required qualifications: 5+ years as a product manager or product owner in data products, martech, or adtech with end-to-end product ownership from requirements through launch and adoption. You need hands-on experience with data enrichment, appends against first-party records, and large-scale data delivery mechanisms. Working knowledge of AI/ML workflows, identity resolution, and consumer data ecosystems is essential. You must understand consumer data privacy, state privacy law, opt-out handling, and regulated category constraints. Fluency in agile delivery (backlog management, refinement, Jira) and ability to write clear specs and vision documents are required. Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels are critical.
Strong signals include: experience with data marketplace distribution or self-service trial models; pricing and packaging ownership for data products; audience building and activation into programmatic, social, and connected TV channels; hands-on work in AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, or clean room environments; experience in regulated verticals (especially financial services); and familiarity with agentic frameworks and MCP server-based data access.
