Solidus Labs builds market integrity and compliance technology for traditional finance, digital assets, and prediction markets across on-chain and off-chain environments. The platform monitors over a trillion events daily and is expanding into agentic AI for compliance and surveillance workflows.
As Product Manager for Trade Surveillance, you will own the client-facing roadmap for the company's industry-leading surveillance detection products. This is a high-impact role requiring deep expertise in trading systems and enterprise platform scaling.
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and prioritize the surveillance detection roadmap, including new algorithm typologies, expanded asset-class and venue coverage, and enrichment data that improves alert quality and client value.
• Write detailed product requirements translating detection concepts into production features—defining use cases, parameters, alert outputs, and analyst-facing interfaces.
• Drive alert quality as a core product metric: minimize false positives, clarify alert rationale, and ensure sufficient explainability for compliance officers to defend alerts to regulators.
• Close coverage gaps identified through RFPs, security reviews, and active deals by translating client requests ("Can you detect X?") into prioritized algorithm and data engineering work.
• Partner with Professional Services and Customer Success on client onboarding and tuning, converting ad-hoc service requests into scalable, durable products.
• Develop deep understanding of Solidus Labs' market surveillance algorithms to explain them credibly, demo new features to clients and prospects, and guide product strategy.
You bring a strong background in trading or trading applications, proven experience scaling enterprise platform products, and excellent cross-functional communication and leadership skills. This role is based in the New York City office.
