OnePay is a consumer fintech platform offering banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto services. Backed by Walmart and Ribbit Capital, the company serves millions of Americans and partners with employers, HCM providers, and gig platforms to deliver embedded financial services.
As Product Manager for Credit Card, you will own a significant portion of OnePay's credit card product—launched in 2025 and still in early growth phase. This is a high-impact role where you'll drive the product across the full customer journey from acquisition through activation and ongoing engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning growth and performance metrics across acquisition, activation, and engagement
- Designing and optimizing the rewards program and underlying economics
- Building and growing the product relationship with partners (e.g., Walmart), bringing data-driven insights to joint decisions
- Collaborating with engineering and analytics teams to prioritize features, build the business case, and monitor post-launch performance
- Working directly with the Product Lead to set priorities and execute major roadmap initiatives
You will operate in a fast-moving environment where urgency and ownership are core values. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, ability to move quickly, and a track record of shipping products that drive measurable business results.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven ownership of a credit card product or a substantial component of one
- Working knowledge of card economics: interchange, rewards costs, interest income, credit losses, and how issuers, networks, processors, and partners interact
- Experience shipping products with engineering teams and comfort independently pulling and analyzing data
- Demonstrated results with quantifiable metrics (approval rates, activation, spend, losses, etc.)
- Experience partnering with external stakeholders such as banks, card networks, or retailers
