Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Manager for Connected Warfare to serve as the connective tissue between the Voyager product line, the Growth team, internal stakeholders, and external customer requirements. This role owns product direction input and ensures effective communication across all stakeholders, bridging first-party and third-party product delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
**Voyager Product Voice & Input**: Translate field feedback, customer intelligence, and operational pain points into actionable product insights. Establish regular feedback channels with internal hardware recipients (Air Defense, Mission Command, Maritime) and relay insights to Voyager product leadership. Drive alignment on product priorities including roadmap visibility, EOL planning, and new features like GPU upgrades and VM4 successors. Attend Voyager product reviews and planning sessions to ensure all voices are considered.
**Growth Team Integration**: Act as the primary liaison between Growth and Voyager to ensure customer-facing data enhances product decisions. Develop predictable processes (templates, cadences, forums) to capture customer insights, competitive gaps, capability requests, and deployment challenges. Keep the Growth team informed of upcoming Voyager product decisions for proactive customer communications.
**Internal Communications Leadership**: Own Anduril-internal communications regarding Voyager product updates and decisions. Maintain the Voyager channel as the source of truth for product announcements and strategic insights. Produce periodic updates detailing product changes.
**Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management**: Strengthen relationships between Voyager teams (including Dublin counterparts), US-based teams, and external partners. Collaborate with Product Operations on quality challenges and Supply Chain on delivery timeline issues. Ensure product decisions integrate smoothly into operational processes.
**Division Operations Continuity**: Support broader operational goals including demand planning, hardware/software integration, and internal partnership development. Lend expertise to other product lines overlapping with Voyager platform functionalities.
Required: 3-5 years in product operations, program management, supply chain coordination, or similar cross-functional roles in hardware manufacturing. Demonstrated experience across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and sales. Experience tracking production metrics, inventory, or fulfillment timelines. Ability to synthesize fragmented signals into clear leadership narratives. Success in influence-based roles driving outcomes through relationships rather than org chart authority.
