Heidi Health is building AI-powered clinical care tools that have already processed 73 million patient visits and support 2.5 million patient sessions weekly across 190+ countries. The company is expanding from its core medical scribe product into clinical trials infrastructure.
As Product Manager for Clinical Trials, you will own the product direction, strategy, outcomes and roadmap for a new platform addressing fragmentation in clinical trial workflows. The role spans patient identification and trial discovery, eligibility and pre-screening, referral and site intake, and workflows for sponsors, CROs, research sites and patients.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring deep domain expertise. You will spend significant time embedded with investigators, research nurses, coordinators, referring clinicians, patients, and sponsor/CRO teams to understand workflows firsthand. You'll translate clinical and commercial needs into product strategy, working closely with design and engineering to ship validated solutions.
Key responsibilities include: setting product strategy and roadmap; mapping the entire clinical trial journey from study setup through retention; designing safe, explainable pre-screening workflows; shipping features with design and engineering; building trust through clinical, legal, privacy and security integration; making pragmatic integration decisions across EHR/EMR, CTMS, EDC and other systems; and defining outcome metrics (time to match, referral completeness, enrollment conversion, retention, user trust).
You'll need 5+ years of product experience in regulated or clinically complex environments, with a track record of shipping in healthcare. You should be comfortable running discovery, analyzing data, writing requirements, testing workflows and unblocking delivery independently. You move fast within constraints rather than resenting them—safety, consent and data integrity make problems more interesting, not slower. You have hands-on experience or passion for AI, default to building over requesting, and are confident yet open to being wrong.
