Binance is seeking a Product Manager to lead the clearing and settlement product vertical within its blockchain ecosystem. The role involves owning the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for clearing and settlement infrastructure that supports the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing the product vision and strategy for clearing and settlement solutions
- Collaborating with engineering, operations, compliance, and institutional services teams to build and improve clearing and settlement products
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions
- Managing the product roadmap and prioritizing features based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility
- Working with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines
- Analyzing product metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Engaging with institutional clients and partners to understand their clearing and settlement needs
The ideal candidate will have experience in fintech, payments, or blockchain products, with a strong understanding of clearing and settlement processes. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment and have excellent cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience with cryptocurrency or digital assets is a plus.
