Anthropic is seeking a Product Manager for Business Technology to own internal products that leverage Claude to improve how the company operates. You will embed with internal customer teams including Legal, IT, GTM, Product, Finance, and Security to identify friction points and ship software and automation that measurably improves their outcomes. Core responsibilities include owning the roadmap for Claude-powered internal products and automation across one or more business functions. You will run intake and prioritization processes to ensure the highest-impact problems are addressed first, write clear problem statements and requirements for engineering teams, and ship iteratively while gathering feedback from end users. Success is measured by adoption and business impact, not feature count. You will co-develop adoption roadmaps with internal stakeholders and hold both sides accountable to them. This includes defining success metrics upfront, reporting on adoption and business impact regularly, and treating change management as an integral part of product delivery. You will also be responsible for killing or reworking products that are not delivering value. Cross-functional partnership is essential. You will build trusted relationships with leaders across the functions you serve, translate their needs into product priorities, and partner with IT, IT Engineering, and Security on access, data handling, and governance. You will coordinate with Legal and Finance on applicable requirements and communicate plans, progress, and tradeoffs clearly to all stakeholders. Technical leadership is required. You must understand how Claude, internal systems, and integrations work together well enough to make sound scoping and sequencing decisions. You will partner with engineering on architecture choices that maintain security and maintainability, and stay current on Claude capabilities to identify new opportunities for internal teams. Required qualifications include deep product management experience with ownership of products used by internal teams, a track record of shipping products that measurably changed how teams or functions work, and experience partnering with engineering, IT, and security teams on technical products. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is comfort operating with ambiguity and setting priorities across competing requests. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience building with LLMs or agent tooling, background in IT, internal tools, or business systems products, experience leading change management or rolling out new tools across organizations, and knowledge of security and data-handling practices for internal systems.
