Salary: CAD 124,000 - 170,500 / annual

Auth0, part of Okta, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Enterprise Federation team and shape the future of Auth0's core B2B platform. You will own two critical product areas: Enterprise Connections (pre-built connectors integrating workforce Identity Providers for seamless enterprise onboarding) and B2B Connect (enabling Auth0 deployment on top of existing customer IdPs). Key responsibilities include: - Drive modularization of Auth0's B2B offerings so customers can adopt high-value features without full identity migration - Lead the standards roadmap, deepening understanding of regional and vertical identity standards to build competitive offerings - Bridge long-term product vision with practical execution, layering and prioritizing features based on market demand - Champion developer and admin experience, creating frictionless experiences at every touchpoint - Conduct hands-on research and prototyping of identity and tenancy solutions - Embed deeply in B2B software development to understand multi-tenant SaaS pain points and opportunities - Work with engineering and design teams to build actionable requirements, APIs, and detailed specifications - Build roadmaps and compelling business cases articulating product direction and financial strategy - Follow the PDLC (Product Delivery Lifecycle) while upholding security, architecture, and design standards You will be supported by a dedicated team of business agility, program, and product experts equipped to provide tools, frameworks, and autonomy for success. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years leading as a Product Manager or Team Lead in Engineering - 5+ years working in technology/IT/Software - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or completion of an Engineering Bootcamp within the same timeframe - Experience developing on or working within B2B SaaS applications - Deep understanding of Identity and Directory Protocols (OAuth, SAML, SCIM) - Experience designing APIs and detailed specifications for engineering execution - Practical experience working with data and analysis tools (SQL/BI Tools) - Ability to use modern AI tools (Claude Code, Codex) to accelerate work without generating poor outputs PREFERRED: - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes - Hands-on experience with agile tools (Jira, Confluence) - Strong interpersonal skills for deep-dive customer interviews - Ability to travel within US or Canada for customer conversations
