Atamis, a growing software business based in Cardiff, is seeking a Product Manager to lead product planning and lifecycle management. You will be responsible for understanding customer experience, identifying product gaps, and generating ideas to grow market share and drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and communicating a compelling product vision internally and to external partners
- Managing the product roadmap and prioritizing work based on business and customer impact
- Gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing customer and product requirements
- Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Collaborating with Development and Configuration teams to deliver solutions with quick time-to-market
- Working with Finance and Commercial teams on pricing and positioning strategies
- Partnering with Marketing to drive product launches and maximize market opportunities
- Visiting customers to solicit feedback and represent the company as a product evangelist
- Analyzing feedback loops to identify product enhancements
- Supporting the Director of Product Strategy in executing the overall product strategy
You should have proven experience in product management with a track record of managing products throughout their full lifecycle. A solid technical background with understanding of software development and web technologies is essential. You'll need strong cross-functional collaboration skills, excellent communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset. The role requires the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and translate complex strategies into actionable plans.
