UNIPaaS is a Payment as a Service platform enabling SaaS companies and enterprise merchants to embed payments, improve customer experience, and create new revenue streams. You will lead a product squad and own key areas of the embedded payments platform, managing the full product lifecycle from customer discovery through launch and optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a product squad, owning priorities, outcomes, backlog, and execution in partnership with Engineering and Design. - Own products end-to-end: discovery, PRD development, launch, and optimization. - Work directly with customers, Sales, and Customer Success to identify problems and opportunities. - Define APIs, payment flows, integrations, and complex financial workflows with Engineering. - Own and drive product KPIs using data to inform prioritization and decisions. - Build and test flows and prototypes before development. - Drive excellent UX across onboarding, payments, payouts, reporting, and operational workflows. - Research competitors, payment trends, and emerging technologies. - Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Figma, Mixpanel, FullStory, SQL, Jira) daily to increase product velocity and quality. The role expects hands-on AI usage: you should be comfortable using ChatGPT/Claude for research, discovery, analysis, and PRDs; Cursor/Claude Code for understanding code and APIs; Figma/Figma Make for UX exploration; Mixpanel/FullStory with SQL for analytics; and Jira for planning. You don't need to be a software engineer, but should leverage AI to prototype ideas, interrogate data, understand technical implementations, and reduce dependency on others for basic product work. Requirements: - 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or Fintech. - Proven experience leading a product squad and shipping complex products. - Strong payments experience: acquiring, tokenization, payouts, settlements, reconciliation, refunds, and chargebacks. - Experience with APIs, integrations, and platform/white-label products. - Strong analytical skills and experience owning product KPIs. - Excellent UX instincts for complex B2B workflows. - Technical understanding and ability to work deeply with Engineering. - Hands-on, daily use of modern AI tools as part of product development. - Strong ownership, judgment, and ability to move quickly with limited supervision. Nice to Have: - Experience with online payments, platforms, or marketplaces. - Accounting, ledger, or reconciliation experience. - Experience building AI-powered product features.
