Cvent is a leading meetings, events, and hospitality technology platform serving 34,000+ customers worldwide, including 60% of the Fortune 500. The company is transforming the events industry through innovative technology that powers human connection.
You will join as a Product Manager leading planner enablement strategy for Cvent's Attendee Hub, reporting to the Director of Product Management. You will own the roadmap and outcomes for a suite of AI-powered experiences anchored in the Cvent Assistant, helping event planners accomplish their jobs faster and with greater confidence. You will run a dedicated sprint team and partner closely with engineering, design, and data science to define what gets built, why it matters, and whether it's working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end roadmap and execution for planner-facing AI experiences in Attendee Hub, extending the Cvent Assistant across configuration, designer, and core workflow surfaces
- Embed AI as a default lens in discovery, asking how AI improves the job to be done before writing requirements
- Own end-to-end development of AI-powered features, defining quality through structured evals: building eval datasets, writing LLM-as-judge prompts, and monitoring production quality
- Use AI fluently in daily PM work for research, synthesis, prototyping, and analysis; model this behavior for the team
- Run continuous discovery through weekly customer conversations, early assumption testing, and working prototypes rather than slide decks
- Make prioritization decisions using Mixpanel, Sigma, and ProductBoard, answering your own questions rather than waiting on analyst support
- Lead a dedicated sprint team, running backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery cadence
- Write short, opinionated specs paired with working prototypes and evals, with clear acceptance criteria ready before sprint start
- Act as single point of accountability for product decisions in your domain, surfacing deviations with proposed remedies
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on go-to-market launches and post-release adoption
Cvent values a culture where employees think like entrepreneurs, take risks, and make decisions confidently. The company emphasizes diverse perspectives and strong connections. AI is embedded in the company's DNA, and they seek candidates eager to evolve alongside technology, experiment boldly, and help define best practices for AI-augmented work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Experience designing and shipping AI-powered features, including hands-on work with prompt engineering and evals
- Fluency with AI prototyping tools (such as Lovable, v0, Claude, or Cursor) to build working artifacts that inform discovery
- Proficiency with analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Sigma, Pendo, or similar); comfortable defining KPIs and making evidence-based decisions without analyst support
- Proven ability to run your own customer interviews and synthesize feedback directly into product direction
- Experience partnering with engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban environment, with solid grasp of software development and system design
- Exceptional communicator who writes direct, clear recommendations backed by reasoning
- Self-starter who moves on ambiguous problems without waiting for direction and brings options, not just problems
