SimilarWeb is seeking an exceptional Product Manager to join its AI Transformation team. This is a high-impact, non-traditional product role focused on identifying and solving business problems through AI, automation, and intelligent systems—not managing feature backlogs.
You will work across the organization to discover high-impact opportunities in functions like Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product. Your workflow will span problem discovery, prototyping, piloting, production deployment, adoption, and measuring business impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying high-impact AI transformation opportunities across business functions
- Deeply understanding existing workflows, user pain points, bottlenecks, and manual processes
- Redesigning workflows around AI capabilities rather than bolting AI onto existing processes
- Rapidly prototyping solutions using LLMs, agents, APIs, automation platforms, and AI-assisted development tools
- Collaborating with Engineering, Data, business stakeholders, and leadership to scale successful prototypes
- Defining success metrics and measuring business impact (productivity, automation, conversion, quality, cost savings, revenue)
- Running pilots with real users, learning quickly, and iterating based on data and feedback
- Making build-vs-buy-vs-integrate-vs-automate decisions strategically
- Driving adoption and organizational change, not just product delivery
- Staying current with AI developments and identifying new capabilities for business value
The ideal candidate brings a builder and problem-solver mindset. When hearing "this process takes 30 minutes per customer," your instinct is not to write a PRD but to ask: Why does this exist? What decisions are being made? What data do we have? What could an agent do? What requires human judgment? Can I prototype this week? How do we measure success?
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, with strong preference for hands-on 0→1 product building in AI, automation, B2B SaaS, or technically complex environments
- Proven ability to take ambiguous problems and turn them into working solutions
- Excellent product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Strong discovery skills and curiosity about how businesses operate
- Comfortable owning problems rather than receiving predefined requirements
- AI-native: actively use modern AI tools as part of your workflow
- Strong understanding of LLM-based products, agents, APIs, automation, data, and modern AI capabilities and limitations
- Able to prototype independently using AI-assisted development tools
- Comfortable discussing architecture and technical tradeoffs with engineers (not required to be an ML engineer)
- Experience building AI-powered products, agents, automations, or internal tools is a significant advantage
- Strong business orientation with natural focus on ROI and measurable outcomes
- Ability to understand complex business processes quickly
- Comfortable working across multiple departments and stakeholder groups
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Able to operate effectively in environments where problem and solution are initially unclear
