Grace Hill is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for an assigned product line serving the Real Estate industry (Multifamily and Commercial Real Estate). This is a strategic role focused on defining what problems are worth solving and why, rather than day-to-day execution.
You will conduct market and competitive analysis to understand industry trends, buyer needs, and customer workflows. You'll lead customer discovery through interviews, surveys, win/loss analysis, and usage analytics to identify unmet needs and validate opportunities. Your responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of Real Estate customers and market dynamics, defining and framing problems, and building business cases to justify investment and sequencing.
You will set outcome-based goals and success metrics for your product line, report progress to executive stakeholders, and partner with Product Owners to translate roadmap priorities into epics and initiatives. You'll engage directly with customers, prospects, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to gather input and align go-to-market plans. This role requires making and communicating prioritization decisions, articulating trade-offs and rationale to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Additional responsibilities include partnering with Design and Engineering leadership on technical and experience feasibility, identifying opportunities to evolve existing products and develop new capabilities, evaluating opportunities to incorporate AI and emerging technologies, and owning pricing and packaging strategy for the product line.
