Onbe is a fast-growing fintech company transforming global payments and disbursement solutions. As Product Manager, you will be the cornerstone of product success, responsible for shaping and implementing product strategy across the organization. You will define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals. This includes conducting market research, identifying customer needs, monitoring competitor strategies, and building compelling business cases for new initiatives. You'll champion a user-centric approach, ensuring products deliver intuitive and engaging experiences. Key execution responsibilities include owning the product backlog—defining, prioritizing, and refining epics, features, and user stories based on business value and technical feasibility. You'll lead vendor integration selection, commercial negotiations, and contracting. Working closely with engineering and UX teams, you'll translate requirements into deliverables, make day-to-day decisions on scope and prioritization, and serve as the voice of the customer in agile ceremonies. You'll manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization, defining and tracking KPIs to assess product success. You'll identify improvement areas and lead initiatives to enhance performance, serving as an escalation point for vendor integration issues. Cross-functional collaboration is essential. You'll partner with Marketing, Sales, Implementations, Operations, and Client Support to ensure product readiness for launch and scale. You'll lead go-to-market planning, pricing strategy, and enablement efforts, providing ongoing support to internal teams and clients. You'll also ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards, and assist in negotiating and managing supply chain or integration partner agreements. Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 5+ years of product management or product ownership experience, preferably in payments or fintech; familiarity with B2B2C models and multi-step distribution channels; proven experience in agile development environments; strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills; understanding of fintech trends, compliance requirements, and integration ecosystems. The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week onsite at one of three locations: Chicago, Philadelphia, or Dallas metro areas. Occasional travel may be required.
