Globus Medical is seeking a Product Manager to support product development and marketing activities for musculoskeletal medical devices. This role serves as the primary liaison between product development groups and sales personnel, requiring strong self-starting qualities and the ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: - Creating and managing project plans in conjunction with engineers - Leading coordination and documentation of project team activities, including kick-off meetings, design reviews, verification/validation activities, and cadaver labs - Developing market plans for product introductions - Performing market analysis by product segment to identify new offerings and line extensions - Managing forecasting and inventory for all projects and products in the group - Collaborating with purchasing and operations to source products through the supply chain - Developing technique guides, product literature, brochures, and sales support materials - Assisting with creation of sales, surgeon, and management presentations - Ensuring timely and high-quality documentation of DHFs, DMRs, and DHRs according to FDA and regulatory requirements - Working with Clinical R&D and Sales & Marketing to identify clinical research topics - Planning and executing courses and symposia for product introductions - Gathering market feedback from surgeons and customers to inform product specifications - Representing the company professionally to regulatory bodies, medical boards, and surgeons - Assisting with IDE site training, order taking, customer service, and product receiving/inspection - Participating in management meetings on strategic initiatives and business planning The role requires travel up to 15-20% and attendance at labs and surgeries. Physical demands include occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in medical device product development and/or marketing in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree required; emphasis on Business or Marketing preferred - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) - Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills - Ability to create and deliver effective presentations to diverse audiences - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel up to 15-20% - Willingness to attend labs and surgeries
