Nucleus Security is seeking a Product Manager to own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the company's UI/UX platform and associated frontend customization features. The role involves defining and executing product strategy for a key area of the product experience, including custom analytics functionality and other frontend customization capabilities.
You will own the full product lifecycle: developing strategy and goals, driving strategic decisions through customer feedback and market analysis, defining and tracking performance metrics, gathering requirements, and coordinating cross-functional teams to solve customer problems. You'll work closely with engineering teams to deliver shippable products and play an important role in guiding product direction during the company's rapid growth phase.
Nucleus helps organizations prevent breaches by automating risk-based vulnerability and exposure management at scale. The company's products are used by some of the world's largest companies, government organizations, and MSSPs to solve real problems in the dynamic vulnerability management space.
Required qualifications include 4-7 years of product management experience at a technology company, with proven ownership of B2B SaaS UX-focused products. You should have a track record of delivering meaningful product enhancements to enterprise customers, strong analytical and communication skills, and comfort working with distributed agile teams across multiple time zones. Experience with highly technical products and complex technical requirements is essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience in vulnerability management or cybersecurity, familiarity with products integrating generative AI functionality (natural language search, agentic workflows), experience with data analytics or search products, and shipping products in fast-paced AI-enhanced development environments.
