As Senior Product Manager, you will own world-class products that solve real consumer problems. This role combines strategic product direction and roadmap ownership with hands-on execution and mentorship of junior team members. You will work closely with technology, design, and cross-functional business teams while managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting product direction and defining the roadmap while aligning cross-functional stakeholders on prioritization
- Owning digital products end-to-end from inception through design, launch, integration, and continuous optimization
- Creating and ruthlessly prioritizing the product backlog based on customer value, data insights, and business strategy
- Managing complex internal and external stakeholder relationships, including senior leaders and external partners
- Mentoring junior product managers and fostering a high-performing product culture
- Tracking post-launch performance and using analytics to drive continuous improvement or feature retirement
- Experimenting with AI tools to optimize workflow and create business value
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5–10 years of product management experience with proven track record of building and scaling digital products end-to-end
- Consulting background coupled with banking or fintech domain expertise highly preferred
- Strong self-starter mindset with data-driven decision-making instincts
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and professional presence to work with senior executives
- Collaborative team player with passion for cultivating talent and helping others grow
- Genuine curiosity about emerging technologies and AI with hands-on experimentation habits
- Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies, strong prioritization frameworks, sharp attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
