The Product Manager role owns product planning, delivery, and lifecycle management for software products supporting Kaseya's customers and business objectives. This is an individual contributor position focused on gathering customer and stakeholder feedback, defining product requirements, partnering with Engineering, and supporting go-to-market execution.
Key responsibilities include: owning product features or systems through the full lifecycle from discovery and planning through launch, adoption, and retirement; gathering feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to define needs, priorities, and roadmap inputs; creating business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements in partnership with Engineering; partnering with Engineering, QA, and Design teams to support planning, development, testing, and release execution; collaborating with Product Marketing and Sales on go-to-market planning, launch messaging, and customer enablement; communicating product updates, releases, use cases, and benefits to customers, partners, and internal teams; defining success metrics for product usage and using performance data to inform roadmap decisions; and managing customer and stakeholder escalations related to owned product areas.
Required qualifications: 2+ years of software product management or product owner experience; experience managing software features or products through discovery, delivery, launch, and post-launch measurement; experience writing product requirements, user stories, or acceptance criteria for engineering teams; experience working with Engineering teams in an Agile development environment; and experience using customer feedback, stakeholder input, or product data to inform roadmap decisions.
Preferred qualifications include experience with SaaS, IT management, cybersecurity, or business software products; partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, or Customer Success on go-to-market activities; technical background or experience with software development and web technologies; managing customer or stakeholder escalations; CSPO or A-CSPO certification; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; and experience presenting product updates to customers, partners, or internal teams.
