Ivo builds AI products that help enterprises solve complex contracting problems. The company works with customers like Meta, Uber, IBM, Intel, DoorDash, Mitsubishi Electric, and Coinbase, leveraging large language models to fundamentally change how businesses collaborate through contracts.
As Product Manager, you will own key areas of Ivo's platform end-to-end, from discovery and specification through launch, measurement, and iteration. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to understand user problems and translate them into high-impact product solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning product areas from concept through launch and beyond
- Spending significant time with customers: observing legal teams reviewing contracts, understanding workflows, and identifying which problems matter most
- Working daily with engineering and design to scope and ship, writing precise problem specs with flexible solution approaches
- Tracking frontier LLM capabilities and translating them into product decisions: understanding what's newly possible, what's becoming commoditized, and where defensible value lives
- Partnering with sales and customer success to convert feedback, usage patterns, and lost deals into roadmap priorities
- Defining and tracking success metrics for shipped features
You'll operate in a fast-moving startup environment where product decisions made six months ago may need rethinking as LLM capabilities evolve. The role requires constant reassessment of what AI can actually do, what that means for user experience, and where real defensible value exists—not just what looks good in a demo.

- Experience owning products from concept to launch
- Strong ability to work with engineers and earn their trust
- Strong customer empathy and ability to understand complex workflows
- Focus on understanding customer problems and solving them, not just shipping features
- Good judgment about where to be best in the world vs. where 80/20 applies
- Experience working closely with engineering teams
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and making tradeoffs in fast-paced startup environment
- Relentless resourcefulness and strong internal sense of urgency
- Bias toward doing things today rather than tomorrow
- Startup environment experience preferred but not required
