Salary: USD 100,000 - 140,000 / annual

Funnel Leasing is a proptech SaaS company transforming the rental experience through cloud-based marketing and leasing software. As Product Manager, Payments, you will own the end-to-end payments product strategy, roadmap, and execution across Funnel's platform. You'll be responsible for defining and documenting product requirements for payment workflows, failure states, reconciliation, integrations, reporting, and operational tooling. This includes partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Strategy, Customer Success, Implementation, Support, Finance/Operations, and external payment partners to ensure payment experiences are reliable, intuitive, scalable, and compliant. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the payments product roadmap from discovery through iteration - Defining requirements for payment workflows, reconciliation, settings, integrations, error handling, and operational tools - Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify needs, risks, and opportunities - Driving external partner discovery and clarification on vendor documentation and APIs - Owning reconciliation strategy across PMS integrations, payment vendors, payouts, and bank activity - Using data, customer feedback, and support trends to prioritize improvements - Coordinating launches, release notes, training, and internal enablement - Evaluating payment configuration models and driving simplification and standardization - Fostering collaboration and continuous improvement culture You should have 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally with ownership of payments, billing, fintech, financial operations, or high-trust transactional workflows. Strong understanding of property management ledgers, PMS workflows, accounting concepts, payment posting, batching, payouts, and reconciliation is essential. You'll need excellent ability to break down complex systems into clear requirements, comfort working with technical teams on APIs and integrations, and strong cross-functional communication skills. Detail orientation around accuracy, error states, and operational impact is critical. Experience in proptech, property management, or multifamily software is a plus.
