Candid Health is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join and expand its Product Management team. The role involves partnering closely with engineering and external customers to deliver transformative software for healthcare providers, simplifying complex payment ecosystems into a human-centered platform. Key responsibilities include improving product management practices and building systems to enable high-quality product delivery; collaborating with Engineering and Design to build and execute product vision; analyzing macro-business structure to identify gaps and generate new ideas; owning business goals and ensuring accountability across partner teams; creating rigorous reporting dashboards for visibility; capturing customer signal to understand and prioritize user needs; and communicating feature rollouts to customers and internal stakeholders including leadership and operations. You bring 4+ years of product management experience, with a track record building data-intensive products and applications. You ground decisions in unit economics, are data-driven and can leverage analytics to influence critical decisions, and maintain a low-ego, high-output approach. You are outcome-oriented, an effective collaborator, and bias toward action. You either know how to code or can read code fluently, putting yourself in engineers' shoes. Ideally, you have led and scaled a product team or been part of a fast-growing engineering culture. Experience in healthcare, medical billing, or other highly regulated industries is a plus. Candid Health operates with minimal hierarchy and broad experience ranges within roles. The company values equity heavily as part of compensation given its funding stage and size. The role is based in one of three offices (Denver, New York, or San Francisco) with a 4-day in-office, 1-day remote weekly schedule.
