This role bridges product management and operations, supporting all aspects of fund operations and product success. Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining product-related data, reporting, and marketing content across multiple investment products and distribution channels. You will partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to develop and implement workflow optimization tools and AI-driven capabilities, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and technology-enabled solutions. Additional duties include coordinating with external partners, service providers, and sub-advisers to facilitate information sharing and marketing initiatives; assisting with due diligence requests, RFPs, questionnaires, and onboarding documentation for platforms and distribution partners; and contributing to ad hoc analyses, strategic projects, and special initiatives. You will document key meetings, track action items, and support follow-up activities to ensure timely execution of projects.
