Wiz is a rapidly growing cloud and AI security platform trusted by over 65% of the Fortune 100. The company recently became part of Google, gaining access to Google's Threat Intelligence and Security Operations capabilities. You'll join the Product team to build AI-powered security innovations that help development and security teams move faster while maintaining strong security posture.
In this role, you will drive the development of AI and security-focused products from concept to launch, collaborating closely with engineering, research, design, and go-to-market teams. You'll act as a subject matter expert, working with R&D and the CTO office to develop features that simplify complex security challenges into scalable solutions. Key responsibilities include managing the full product development lifecycle (design through deployment), staying ahead of emerging cybersecurity threats and industry trends, leading feature and capability development within the Wiz platform, and engaging directly with customers and the sales team on strategic accounts to provide technical leadership. You'll also partner with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience managing cloud security or cybersecurity products, OR 3+ years as a software engineer
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, research, sales)
- Experience with AI and cloud infrastructure (Gemini, VertexAI, Claude Code, Codex, AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes
- Preferred: ability to simplify complex security challenges; experience managing product development from design to deployment; excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences; ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Must have legal right to work in Israel without visa sponsorship
