Lucid Software, a leader in visual collaboration and Forbes Cloud 100 company, is seeking a Product Manager to drive AI innovation across its platform. This role sits within a dedicated innovation team focused on bringing collaborative AI products, agentic workflows, and canvas-native generative features to market.
You will own the AI platform strategy and evaluation framework in partnership with Lucid's AI leadership group. Key responsibilities include partnering with product teams to identify, test, and de-risk new AI capabilities through rapid prototyping and experimentation; shaping Lucid's AI product development process and evaluation strategy to enable fast, high-confidence decision-making; staying current with modern AI systems, agentic architectures, and developer tooling to inform product strategy; developing deep customer expertise in visual collaboration and translating those insights into natural, useful, and trustworthy AI experiences; and owning AI platform capabilities from strategy through launch in close collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Product teams.
Required qualifications include 4+ years of B2B SaaS product management with a track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch; hands-on experience bringing agentic AI products to market in fast-moving, ambiguous environments; strong understanding of modern AI systems including agent architectures, tool use, RAG, AI evaluations, and quality/latency/reliability/cost tradeoffs; exceptional product judgment to identify emerging technology opportunities and influence stakeholders; and proven ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships.
Preferred experience includes leading innovation or new product discovery teams, familiarity with visual collaboration or digital whiteboarding platforms, and mentoring other PMs on AI product lifecycle best practices.
