HackerOne is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to lead the Agentic Vulnerability Elimination (AVE) initiative, which combines AI agents with human security expertise to validate, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities at scale. You will drive improvements to agent quality, performance, and cost management across validation, prioritization, exploitation, deduplication, and remediation workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead definition and delivery of AI agent improvements, balancing model capabilities, operational workflows, customer outcomes, and engineering tradeoffs
- Own evolution of the evaluation framework and agent harness, establishing scalable evaluation methodologies and feedback loops
- Partner with triage teams, engineers, offensive security researchers, and product teams across India, Netherlands, and UK to align priorities and translate workflows into AI-driven capabilities
- Work closely with offensive security researchers to validate exploitability and stress-test agent decisions against real-world attack scenarios
- Engage with customer-facing teams in EMEA and US to understand user workflows and ground improvements in real-world needs
- Define product health metrics, design experimentation frameworks, and use data-driven evidence for prioritization decisions
- Own significant product initiatives independently, defining problem statements, success metrics, and execution plans
- Navigate ambiguous product problems where customer needs, AI capabilities, and security workflows are emerging
You will report to the Principal Product Manager for Agentic Vulnerability Elimination and work on UK shift timing from the Pune office on a hybrid basis.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally on technical or AI/LLM products at high-growth tech or SaaS companies. Track record of cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, and operations. Hands-on experience with LLM-based solutions including prompting, evaluations, and quality control. Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making. Excellent communication skills. Experience with distributed/async teams across time zones. Based in or willing to relocate to Pune.
