Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 / annual
Jerry.ai is a Series C, YC-backed fintech startup with 5M+ customers and $240M in funding. Founded in 2017, the company launched its product in 2019 and achieved profitability in 2024. Jerry is building the first AI-powered advisor to manage all your physical assets—starting with car insurance and now expanding into home, motorcycle, RV, and boat verticals.
The company is accelerating growth from 5M to 50M customers by 2030. This year alone, Jerry launched 5 new products: home insurance, property tax, motorcycle insurance, car repair shop bids, and roadside assistance. Each new vertical brings distinct operational complexity, customer pain points, and scaling challenges.
You will join as a Product Manager reporting directly to the Cofounder/CEO (2x YC founder). This is a rare opportunity to be mentored by a serial founder while building or scaling one of Jerry's new product verticals. You will work alongside the CEO and executive team, gaining exposure to nearly every function at the company—product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, and data. You will learn how to execute big-picture strategies, navigate complex business challenges, and understand a late-stage tech startup's day-to-day operations during rapid growth.
If successful, you will likely advance to a product leadership or commercial leadership role (e.g., owning P&L) at Jerry or elsewhere, significantly accelerating your career trajectory.
Jerry values insatiable learners who constantly deepen knowledge and sharpen skills. The ideal candidate acts like an owner—taking responsibility for fixing broken things even outside their swim lane. You should be highly resilient, tenacious, and have a strong bias for action with impatience when progress stalls.
The role requires being in the Palo Alto office five days a week for at least the first 6–12 months as you develop the capability to operate independently.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ideally 1+ years of experience in a demanding environment such as management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, an early-stage startup, or similar

- Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada (hiring restrictions apply)
