Vega is a fast-growing cybersecurity startup building an AI-native platform for security operations centers (SOCs). You will lead a team of Product Managers responsible for core platform areas. This role combines strong product leadership with hands-on execution. You will own product strategy and roadmap across multiple related product areas, provide coaching and development to PMs on your team, and work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to ensure the team builds the right solutions in the right way for customers.
Key responsibilities include:

- Own product strategy and roadmap across multiple related product areas within Vega
- Ensure clear problem definition, prioritization, and execution across your team's scope

- Engage directly with customers to understand enterprise SOC workflows and security challenges
- Translate company-level goals into clear objectives and priorities for your product team
- Identify opportunities where AI-native approaches can meaningfully improve security operations and analyst workflows
- Drive competitive analysis and market insight to inform product decisions and positioning
- Support go-to-market efforts with clear product narratives and alignment across sales, marketing, and customer teams
- Raise the bar for product quality, customer focus, and execution discipline across the team
