Eucalyptus (now part of Hims & Hers) is building Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalized nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care. The company operates across five markets (Australia, UK, Germany, Japan, Canada) and has received selective NICE endorsement for NHS services.
You will own conversion optimization across Juniper's digital funnel, from landing page through quiz, health assessment, and order completion. This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role within the Product Growth team. Your core responsibilities include:
• Owning end-to-end conversion performance and identifying the biggest conversion leaks and improvement opportunities across the funnel
• Building and running the experimentation roadmap by translating customer behavior and funnel data into hypotheses, prioritizing based on expected impact, and executing a structured experimentation cadence
• Getting close to the data: diagnosing where customers drop out, quantifying opportunities, and working with Analytics to ensure robust tracking, measurement, and attribution
• Designing and executing rigorous A/B and multivariate tests from hypothesis through analysis and decision-making
• Articulating experiment results clearly to determine what gets shipped, iterated, or stopped
• Combining quantitative data with customer insight to understand intent, friction, trust, and abandonment drivers
• Leading conversion-focused creative execution by partnering with Copy and Design to turn hypotheses into messaging and UX that improves conversion
• Partnering with Engineering and Product to take opportunities from diagnosis through implementation
• Connecting acquisition and conversion by working closely with Growth to ensure landing experiences reflect the intent and messaging that brought customers there
• Building new conversion journeys as Juniper expands its product ecosystem
• Establishing strong CRO practices around prioritization, experiment design, measurement, and learning
Juniper's patient journey is fundamentally different from simple e-commerce. Prospective patients are making a personal healthcare decision after significant consideration of their health and weight. Building trust, communicating clearly, and removing unnecessary friction are critical. As Juniper evolves beyond a single offering into a broader ecosystem of products and care, you'll help create and optimize funnels for new products and patient needs.
You'll have meaningful ownership of this problem, access to data to understand it, creative and technical partners to execute against it, and the opportunity to directly influence Juniper's growth trajectory.
Eucalyptus is part of a growing family of digital healthcare clinics (Pilot, Kin, Software, Compound) across men's health, fertility, skincare, and preventative health. The company's goal for the next three years is to support 1 million patients globally. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment with continuous feedback and dedicated development support, collaborating with talented peers across Australia, UK, Germany, Japan, Philippines, and South Africa.
**Requirements:**
• 5+ years of experience in CRO, experimentation, digital optimization, product growth, or similarly quantitative digital roles
• Proven track record of owning and improving digital conversion funnels with clear examples of measurable commercial impact
• Strong hands-on experience designing and running A/B and multivariate experiments
• Strong analytical instincts: ability to interrogate funnel performance, identify drop-offs, size opportunities, and translate data into hypotheses
• Experience working with Analytics or Data teams to build robust measurement and attribution frameworks
• Strong customer judgment and understanding of how UX, messaging, friction, and behavioral psychology influence conversion
• Experience working closely with Design, Copy, Engineering, and Product to turn hypotheses into shipped experiences
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to connect individual funnel metrics to broader business outcomes
• Experience in healthcare, subscription businesses, or considered-purchase journeys is useful but not essential
