In this Product & Growth role, you will own a product area end-to-end—from vision development and client co-design through engineering execution at the intersection of AI and private markets infrastructure. You will also drive growth initiatives and special projects, including supporting enterprise GTM expansion, opening the New York office, launching new product bets, and building Vega's industry presence through events and thought leadership.

The role is based in London with 4 days per week in-office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 to 4 years of experience at MBB (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or top-tier investment banking / private equity firms
- Self-starter with proven track record of excellence
- High agency and comfort with ownership; ability to make independent decisions and drive execution
- Outstanding communication and analytical skills, including ability to engage senior external stakeholders
