LEAP is a leading Legal Practice Management Software provider serving over 71,000 lawyers and staff in small and medium-sized law firms globally. Part of ATI, one of the largest international LegalTech companies, LEAP has been reimagining productivity tools for lawyers for over 30 years with teams across Australia, Canada, the US, UK, Ireland, Poland, and New Zealand.
As Product Enablement Specialist, you will own the internal upskilling of all LEAP team members on the company's products. Your core purpose is to create clear, role-based learning pathways that help new starters become confident and productive faster, while enabling existing teams to deepen their product skills. You will ensure all internal teams are trained and ready for every new feature and release before clients experience them.
This is a hands-on role where you design, build, and deliver training directly. You will work closely with Product, Development, Support, Sales, and Customer Success teams to understand enablement needs and execute solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning product onboarding by designing and delivering role-based onboarding journeys (e.g., for Support, Sales, Customer Success, Implementation teams) that reduce time to competency
- Leading release enablement, partnering with Product to ensure teams are trained and ready for new features and launches
- Building practical, bite-sized learning content including demos, walkthroughs, short videos, guides, sandbox exercises, and knowledge checks
- Facilitating engaging live and virtual training sessions for new starters and existing teams
- Maintaining a single source of truth for product learning, updated with every release
- Tracking completion and proficiency by role, reporting on what's working
- Listening to frontline teams (Support, Sales, Customer Success) to identify and quickly address knowledge gaps
You will bring deep, expert-level knowledge of LEAP's products and a natural ability to explain complex concepts simply. You are action-oriented, moving fast to launch first versions and iterate based on feedback. You take ownership of your work, plan independently, hit deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed. You have content creation skills using tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Loom, or Scribe, and are confident facilitating both in-person and online groups. You build strong relationships with Product and frontline teams, are highly organized, and can juggle multiple onboarding cohorts and release schedules.
LEAP offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements, a beautiful new office in Sydney with catered meals, free gym membership, corporate dental, weekly massages, an additional paid wellbeing day annually, and a unique LEAP Home program supporting primary residence purchases. The company emphasizes autonomy, impact, and career growth within a people-first, inclusive culture.

- Natural teaching ability with skill in explaining complex concepts simply
- Bias for action and ability to move fast with iterative improvement
- Strong ownership and self-management of work and deadlines
- Content creation skills with tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Loom, or Scribe (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Confident facilitation skills for both in-person and virtual groups
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Nice to have: LMS experience or training qualification such as Cert IV in Training and Assessment
