Revolut is seeking a Platform Product Designer to build internal systems and tools that enable the company to operate at scale. The role focuses on designing complex internal platforms serving global operations, support, compliance, and AI workflows. You will architect large-scale systems, map end-to-end behaviors and interactions across multi-step processes, and build scalable UI/UX patterns that balance speed, usability, and technical constraints.
Key responsibilities include designing internal platforms and tools for global operations and support; architecting systems that handle complex, multi-step processes and edge cases; creating scalable design patterns for internal tools; translating ambiguous or highly technical requirements into clear product logic and usable interfaces; partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Operations Managers; identifying process bottlenecks and redesigning for scale and performance; and designing data-heavy interfaces including complex states, tables, and dense workflows.
Required qualifications: 3+ years designing world-class products in-house, ideally internal tools or platform experiences; portfolio demonstrating complex product or systems design work; strong design skills across web platforms; ability to think strategically about product and articulate design decisions; solid understanding of technical implications in design; ownership of design processes; focus on UX and understanding of operational user behavior; comfort with data-heavy interfaces and knowledge of typography and grids.
Nice-to-have skills include a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field; programming skills and ability to code simple prototypes; expertise in designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems; experience in fast-paced startup environments; and familiarity with Android and iOS design.
