Sereact is a Series B embodied AI company developing autonomous robot systems that transform human labor across industries. We're seeking a Product Designer with a technical background to own the design language of our autonomous robot product line end-to-end, from early concept through manufacturing-ready designs.
In this role, you will define the overall design language and visual identity across our robot systems, creating concept designs, sketches, and high-fidelity renderings for new products and iterations. You'll design for usability and human interaction, considering how operators and technicians engage with hardware daily. A key part of your work involves partnering closely with Mechanical and Hardware teams to ensure design concepts are technically feasible and manufacturable, evaluating trade-offs between form, function, cost, and technical constraints.
You'll support prototyping and testing to validate design choices before handoff to engineering, and work cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers throughout the product development cycle.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field. You should have a strong portfolio demonstrating shipped or near-shipped physical products. Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Rhino) and visualization software (KeyShot, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite) is essential. Working knowledge of manufacturing methods and material properties is required, along with comfort working across engineering disciplines.
