LSP44 is an AI-native agent and API infrastructure company serving logistics service providers (3PLs, freight forwarders, brokers). Built on over a decade of logistics data (280,000+ carriers, 1.5 billion shipments, 706 million daily carrier events), LSP44 enables logistics providers to embed AI agents and developer capabilities directly into their products and workflows.
The company is the original infrastructure project44 built starting in 2014, now serving nine of the world's ten largest logistics service providers. LSP44 launched profitable from day one with its own sales, engineering, and product leadership, operating at the speed of its customers.
You'll join as a Product Designer on a small, senior team, owning end-to-end design of one or more areas of the LSP44 agent portfolio and technology. This is a hands-on, builder role working in close partnership with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing. Your focus: designing interfaces, workflows, and interaction patterns that make AI agents legible and trustworthy for both LSP operators and developers embedding them.
Responsibilities include designing from early concept and prototyping through shipped product, working directly with cross-functional teams including forward-deployed engineers on-site with customers. You'll design for real operational complexity rather than abstractions, ensuring products ship in days rather than quarters.
The role expects all team members to be intelligent, hands-on users of AI. For Product, the bar is higher: you'll define products that are AI agents. While not requiring data science expertise, you'll identify where AI adds value, direct it effectively, evaluate outputs critically, and govern it responsibly in both your workflow and the products you build.
